The rural house is located near Peñas de Aia Natural Park.
Peluaga is a traditional Basque farmhouse that was built in the 15th century and totally restored in 1999.
The house was built in stone and wood, and painted with colours that give a special charm to the building. The 1,100 square metre farmhouse consists of three floors. Reception, television, reading room, kitchen, bathroom, dining room and porch available on the ground floor.
Six double rooms, each of them with a bathroom and central heating on the second floor and. An attic and a wood-covered terrace are located on the third floor.
