The Coliseo Albia building, formerly the venue for ABAO (Bilbao Association of Friends of the Opera) concerts, houses the Sercotel Coliseo. This building has been completely restored, preserving its two impressive facades, which date back to 1916. Its central location is a bonus, as it is located very close to some of the most emblematic spots in the Biscayan capital, such as the Guggenheim Museum, the Euskalduna Palace and the Museum of Fine Arts. It has almost one hundred rooms, fully equipped and decorated in an avant-garde style. The property shares the building with the Grand Casino Bilbao and the Ibaigane restaurant, which specializes in Basque cuisine.
