The Gorliz Tourist Office is the official tourist information centre for the municipality and the surrounding area, offering advice on the main attractions in the town and the Basque Country.

Its services include tourist information, organising events, guided tours, the Viajeteca service, Nordic walking pole hire, the sale of local products and souvenirs, as well as handling complaints and suggestions. It also offers services such as the BakQ Card and Bizipark.

The office provides assistance in Basque, Spanish, English and French, and offers facilities adapted for people with reduced mobility and functional diversity, such as an accessible counter, an induction loop and materials in Braille.

It is certified to the UNE-ISO 14785 standard for Tourism Quality and has been recognised as a Smart Tourism Enterprise (UNE 178510:2023).
